
Ciara became the HR Director at Metamo in 2019. With over 16 years of experience, Ciara has been a trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees in various business environments. Prior to joining Metamo, Ciara worked at Fexco Group HR where she provided HR thought leadership and guidance to high-performing teams. She was responsible for executing HR strategies and associated programs that supported the business needs.
Additionally, Ciara has worked for KPMG Ireland and a property management firm in Sydney, Australia. Ciara holds a Bachelor of Social Science, a Master’s in Human Resource Management, is a Certified Mediator (IMI), a member of CIPD, and qualified in Occupational Testing with British Psychological Society (BPS) membership.

Joan became a member of the Metamo HR team 2020, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management. She has worked in various business environments, including small and large businesses, and has also served as an Operations Manager in the Telecommunications industry.
Joan is well-versed in a range of HR management areas, such as talent and change management, performance management, strategic plan implementation, and other areas that are driven by business needs. She holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from UL, is a member of CIPD, and is qualified in Occupational Testing.

In February 2020, Catherine became a part of Metamo HR, bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources. She has held senior positions in HR management and business partnering globally, with a focus on performance management, change management, employee relations, HR operations, talent management, employee retention, and engagement. Catherine was previously associated with Macom, where she supported a senior management team that excelled in Ireland, the US, China, Taiwan, and India.
Catherine possesses extensive expertise in various HR management domains, having worked in industries like multinational high-tech, Financial Services, and Utilities. She is a Chartered member of CIPD and was elected twice to serve as Branch Committee Secretary. Catherine holds a degree in BComm from UCC and an MSc in Human Resource Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University.

Alan is an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in Health and Social Care. He has worked in various HR roles across different organisations such as Dunnes Stores and PayPal.
Alan completed a degree in Human Resource Management at the National College of Ireland while working full-time. He focuses on developing strategic thinking ability to support credit unions’ management teams and help them meet their goals.

Lorraine joined the team in 2022 and has over 15 years of experience as an HR professional. She has worked in various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and the credit union sector, where she covers the full range of HR activities. She began her career at Dunnes Stores and worked with the group throughout Ireland before moving on to other companies like SuperValu, Dairygold, the Kilkenny Group, and Liebherr Container Cranes.
Lorraine is a member of the CIPD and has completed a BA in Personnel Management while working in HR. She also earned a BA in Business (Hons). Lorraine is dedicated to building and maintaining successful working relationships as an HR Business Partner with Metamo and supporting credit unions in achieving their strategic and operational goals.
