Clare has over 23 years of experience in financial services, specialising in the design and delivery of automated lending solutions for Personal, Retail, and Mortgage sectors in large retail banks.

Clare is an experienced lending specialist, having worked in personal, SME, Mortgage and Commercial lending in pillar and challenger banks.

She holds a B.A. in Accounting and HRM from the National College of Ireland and a QFA from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.

Grainne has over 35 years of Banking experience in a Pillar Bank

She is an experienced lender and underwriter with a strong track record in process management, change and credit risk analysis. Grainne is highly experienced in personal & SME lending training

Grainne holds a QFA from the Institute of Bankers in Ireland.

Lydia has over twenty years of experience as a Senior Lender in both the Retail Banking and Credit Union Sectors. She has a proven track record as a Head of Lending in a €200 Million asset size Credit Union. She has significant experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with Mortgage and unsecured Personal Lending and is highly skilled in Credit Union policies and processes.

Lydia holds a QFA, EFA, a Higher Certificate in Business Studies, and a Certificate in Public Relations.
